Claudia's love for yoga began in 2006 when she stumbled upon her first yoga class at a gym. It was then that she was able to breathe and feel stress melt away. Claudia realized the difference between “working out” through traditional gym workouts and “working in” with yoga.
Instantly, Claudia was hooked and has since found yoga to be her passion in life. In 2011 Claudia went on to study at the world-renowned Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica with Don and Amba Stapelton where she received her Yoga Certification. In early 2012 Claudia returned to Nosara Yoga Institute to take an additional yoga training called Pranassage and is now a certified Pranassage Practitioner.
Claudia teaches at local studios, teaches group classes, and has private yoga & Pranassage clients. Her specialty is restorative yoga for active seniors. Claudia previously managed a fitness studio for three years and later owned it for two years until 2016.
Claudia lives for yoga and is passionate about introducing every BODY to the joy yoga can bring to their life mentally, spiritually and physically. When she's not practicing yoga, Claudia enjoys time with her family, spoiling her cat, Buddy, and all things real estate.
